As a North Carolina, USA-based company, we use first-party Google Analytics 4 for aggregate site measurement without third-party advertising, ad personalization, or data selling. Analytics is enabled by default to help us improve the site. You can disable analytics at any time on this page. Rejecting analytics does not limit the Site or AI concierge. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies. The Site stores your choice in browser localStorage; concierge conversation history stays only in page memory.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file your browser stores on your device when you visit a website. Security providers may use necessary cookies to manage abusive traffic or browser challenges. Analytics cookies measure site use and are optional on this Site.

3. Cookies set on product checkout pages (third-party)
If you click through to a child product (Qovaryx or JE Horizon for contractors) and reach a Stripe Checkout page, Stripe sets its own cookies for fraud prevention. JE Horizon does not control these; see stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal. These cookies do not appear on jehorizon.com itself.
4. What we do NOT set
- No Facebook Pixel, Meta Conversions API, or other Meta tracking.
- No TikTok Pixel.
- No LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- No Google Ads remarketing or Floodlight tags.
- No session replay tools (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.).
- No A/B testing cookies.
5. How to control cookies and analytics
You can control or delete cookies and site data directly through your web browser settings:
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies and site data.
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari — Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.
To prevent Google Analytics from collecting data across any website, you can also install the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking optional analytics cookies does not prevent normal use of this site or our software products.
6. Notice and data privacy
We are a North Carolina, USA-based company. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share data with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or remarketing. Our aggregate analytics run strictly first-party without invasive fingerprinting or ad profiling.

If we add a new cookie or change provider, we will update the table on this page and the "Last updated" date.
