Check approval evidence

A local change-order evidence packet for tracking extra work, exact amounts, and operator-reviewed approval records. Check the controls in your installed version before acting.

  1. Attach the customer-authored message or document to the relevant extra-work item.
  2. Check the original text and author yourself; a photo or staff note does not establish approval.
  3. Record operator verification only when each required item has qualifying evidence.
