Build the job
Record the customer, original quote reference, scope and currency. This is an office record of work added after the quote, not a legal determination.
Add items and evidence
Enter exact labor/material amounts and link selected photos, PDFs and exported messages to individual items. Copies stay in a local Windows workspace.
Review approval evidence
Items without qualifying customer approval evidence stay visible. An operator verification step is recorded separately from an external invoice reference.
Export the packet
Export a numbered PDF packet, CSV line items and an attachment manifest with file hashes to a folder you choose. Prior revisions and exports stay available.
A photo or employee note alone does not count as customer approval. The packet's status is an office record — not an electronic signature, not a legal approval determination. Your office remains responsible for checking customer authorization and the amounts it enters.

Is ScopeStamp available yet?
Not yet. ScopeStamp is in development for Windows. Availability will be announced on the roadmap.
Does a photo prove the customer approved the work?
No. Attached evidence supports the office record. Qualifying customer approval requires the message or document your office treats as the approval — ScopeStamp only shows whether an item still lacks it.
Can I export the packet to send to someone without ScopeStamp?
The exported PDF is a standard file that can be read without a ScopeStamp account. The manifest lists attached files with their hashes.
What happens to old revisions?
Prior revisions and exports stay available for review. A new revision begins as a draft and requires fresh approval review.
Does ScopeStamp send my data anywhere?
Job data is not automatically uploaded. File checks and packets are local by design; any optional Pro licensing check is an explicit, user-initiated action.
