Program scope
This program is for JE Horizon account holders and opted-in business owners, not a contractor’s customers. A call, missed call, payment or MSA does not by itself grant SMS consent. Customer texting requires a separate business-specific registered program and documented customer permission.
Contractors
Your SMS choice is separate from the MSA and concerns your own mobile only. You cannot opt in customers through this form. Canceling service ends service owner alerts; STOP withdraws SMS permission without canceling your service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service providers may process information solely to deliver this program under our Privacy Policy.
