Privacy Policy
Plain-English summary of what we collect on this site and how we use it. Each product (Qovaryx, Lead Rescue, Contractor Command Center, GameMind) has its own privacy policy linked below; this document covers only the parent jehorizon.com landing page.
The short version
On jehorizon.com we collect only your email address if you join a product waitlist. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We use Google Analytics 4 (anonymized IPs, no cross-site ads), Stripe for checkout cookies when you visit a product that uses Stripe, and Cloudflare to deliver the page. We never sell your data. Each child product has its own privacy policy linked at the bottom — read those for product-specific data handling.
1. Who we are
JE Horizon LLC ("JE Horizon", "we", "us") is a North Carolina, USA limited liability company. The operator is Thomas Jarvis. Contact: [email protected].
This policy governs the parent landing page at https://jehorizon.com. The subdomains qovaryx.jehorizon.com, leadrescue.jehorizon.com, cmd.jehorizon.com, and gamemind.jehorizon.com are separate product surfaces and have their own privacy policies.
2. What we collect on jehorizon.com
Waitlist email
If you click "Join waitlist" or "Get notified" on this site, we collect:
- The email address you typed in
- An optional business name (only if you typed one)
- The product you signed up for (e.g.
leadrescue,gamemind) - A server-side timestamp
That waitlist record is stored on our own infrastructure (Fly.io database in the US). We use it to email you once when that product opens, plus occasional product updates you can unsubscribe from at any time by emailing [email protected].
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization and default-collection settings. GA4 sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to count returning visits and aggregate page views. We do not enable advertising features, remarketing, demographic profiling, or signals-based ad personalization.
Cloudflare and Stripe
The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may set a security/performance cookie (e.g. __cf_bm) to block bot traffic and a session cookie to apply settings — these are strictly necessary and have no analytics use.
When you click through to a product page that uses Stripe Checkout, Stripe sets its own cookies for fraud detection. See stripe.com/privacy for Stripe's policy.
Server logs
Cloudflare and our origin servers log standard HTTP request data (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) for up to 30 days for security, abuse prevention, and capacity planning. These logs are not sold or shared.
3. What we do NOT do
- We do not run third-party ad tracking on jehorizon.com.
- We do not use Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, or similar conversion trackers.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with data brokers.
- We do not profile you across other sites.
- We do not require an account to read jehorizon.com — only the waitlist form asks for an email.
4. Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the UK, EU, or EEA: we process waitlist data on the basis of your consent (the act of submitting the form). We process analytics and security data on the basis of legitimate interests (running and securing a public website). You can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time — see Section 6.
5. Data sharing
We share data only with operationally necessary third parties:
- Cloudflare — content delivery and DDoS protection.
- Google (GA4) — aggregate analytics with IP anonymization.
- Fly.io — hosting our waitlist backend in US data centers.
- AWS SES — sending the waitlist confirmation / go-live notification email.
- Stripe (only on product checkout pages) — payment processing for child products.
We do not share waitlist emails with any other third party.
6. Your rights and how to exercise them
Regardless of where you live, you can email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request" and ask us to:
- Confirm what data we hold about you (access)
- Delete your waitlist record (erasure)
- Correct anything we have wrong (rectification)
- Export your waitlist record as JSON (portability)
- Stop using your data for any further outreach (objection)
We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the US, California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), or other state-privacy regimes apply — the rights above cover the substantive requests of all of them.
7. Children
jehorizon.com is not directed at children under 13 (US) or under 16 (EU). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
8. Data retention
Waitlist emails are retained until you ask us to delete them, or until the product launches and we send the go-live email — whichever comes first. After go-live, if you do not act on the email within 12 months, we delete the waitlist record. Server logs are retained for 30 days. GA4 data follows Google's default retention (currently 14 months).
9. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, hash all secrets at rest, and never expose the waitlist database publicly. We are a small operator — if we ever suffer a data incident affecting your information, we will email you within 72 hours of confirming the scope.
10. Child product privacy policies
Each JE Horizon product has its own privacy policy — those control any data you give to that product directly:

11. Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required by law, notify you by email. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
