Terms of Service
Terms governing your use of the public marketing site at jehorizon.com. Each product (Qovaryx, Lead Rescue, Contractor Command Center, GameMind) is a separate service with its own subscription terms.
The short version
This page is informational. By using it, you agree not to abuse it (no scraping at volume, no attempts to break it), to use the waitlist form honestly, and to take what you read here as "current state" — not a guarantee. Product-level subscriptions, refunds, and SLAs live in each product's own terms of service.
1. Who and what this covers
"We", "us", and "JE Horizon" mean JE Horizon LLC, a North Carolina, USA limited liability company. "The Site" means https://jehorizon.com and its /legal/* sub-pages. "You" means the person or organization reading the Site.
These terms do not cover the subdomains qovaryx.jehorizon.com, leadrescue.jehorizon.com, cmd.jehorizon.com, or gamemind.jehorizon.com. Each of those products has its own terms.
2. What the Site is for
jehorizon.com is the marketing and information page for JE Horizon's product portfolio. It exists so prospective customers, partners, and journalists can see what we ship, how we ship it, and how to contact us. You may also use it to sign up for product waitlists.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or index large portions of the Site in a way that exceeds normal browser use.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of the Site or its underlying infrastructure without our written permission.
- Submit false email addresses or impersonate someone else when joining a waitlist.
- Use the Site to send spam, malware, or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
- Misrepresent the JE Horizon brand or any of our products.
4. Forward-looking statements
The Site describes products at various stages — live, public beta, alpha, waitlist. Roadmap items, pricing, and timelines may change. We try to keep the page accurate, but we do not guarantee any specific feature or launch date on the marketing surface alone.
5. Intellectual property
All text, design, images, and code on the Site are owned by JE Horizon LLC or used with permission. You may quote short passages for journalism or review with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions or copy the visual design.
Brand names, logos, and product names (JE Horizon, Qovaryx, Lead Rescue, Contractor Command Center, GameMind) are trademarks of JE Horizon LLC.
6. Links to third parties
The Site links to external resources (Hugging Face, GitHub, Discord, social platforms). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, tax, or trading advice. Qovaryx-related copy describing an autonomous trading product is a product description, not advice. Trading involves risk; losses are possible.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JE Horizon LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify JE Horizon LLC against any third-party claim arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or block your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you are violating these terms or abusing the service. The Site is public; we generally do not block individual visitors.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email within 60 days will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms by changing this page. Continued use of the Site after the "Last updated" date means you accept the change. Material changes will be noted in a banner at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
