Terms of Service
Terms governing use of the public pages and forms served from jehorizon.com. Product subdomains and external services have separate terms.
The short version
This page is informational. By using it, you agree not to abuse it (no scraping at volume, no attempts to break it), to use the waitlist form honestly, and to take what you read here as "current state" — not a guarantee. Product-level subscriptions, refunds, and SLAs live in each product's own terms of service.
1. Who and what this covers
"We", "us", and "JE Horizon" mean J.E. Herizon LLC, a North Carolina, USA limited liability company doing business as JE Horizon. "The Site" means public pages and forms served from the jehorizon.com origin, including home, status, about, apps, files, local, operating-system, roadmap, retired, and legal routes. "You" means the person or organization using the Site.
These terms do not cover qovaryx.jehorizon.com, leadrescue.jehorizon.com, cmd.jehorizon.com, Stripe Checkout, or other external services. Their own terms apply.
2. What the Site is for
jehorizon.com is the marketing and information page for JE Horizon's product portfolio. It exists so prospective customers, partners, and journalists can see what we ship, how we ship it, and how to contact us. You may also use it to sign up for product waitlists.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or index large portions of the Site in a way that exceeds normal browser use.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of the Site or its underlying infrastructure without our written permission.
- Submit false email addresses or impersonate someone else when joining a waitlist.
- Use the Site to send spam, malware, or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
- Misrepresent the JE Horizon brand or any of our products.
4. Forward-looking statements
Contractor product and SMS
JE Horizon for contractors is a waitlist. Missed-call SMS and voice are not live until the US number clears carriers. Do not expect a text today. When the service is live, missed-call text-back only goes to a number that just called the shop (that inbound call is how the number was obtained). The Site describes products at various stages — paused, waitlist, coming soon. Roadmap items, pricing, and timelines may change. We try to keep the page accurate, but we do not guarantee any specific feature or launch date on the marketing surface alone.
5. Intellectual property
All text, design, images, and code on the Site are owned by J.E. Herizon LLC or used with permission. You may quote short passages for journalism or review with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions or copy the visual design.
Brand names, logos, and product names (JE Horizon, Qovaryx, Local Intelligence, Herizon Linux) are trademarks of J.E. Herizon LLC.
6. Links to third parties
The Site links to external resources (Hugging Face, GitHub, Discord, social platforms). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, tax, or trading advice. Qovaryx is described as local-first Windows stock and options analysis and automation software; that product description is not investment advice or a promise of results. Trading involves risk and losses are possible.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, J.E. Herizon LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify J.E. Herizon LLC against any third-party claim arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or block your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you are violating these terms or abusing the service. The Site is public; we generally do not block individual visitors.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email within 60 days will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms by changing this page. Continued use of the Site after the "Last updated" date means you accept the change. Material changes will be noted in a banner at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
