Orders & Checkout
How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog at jehorizon.com/products, click on any product, select a variant if applicable, click Add to Cart, then go to your Cart and click Checkout. Enter your US shipping address, choose payment (card or PayPal), and click Place Order.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is available. However, creating a free account lets you track orders, save addresses, manage your wishlist, and request returns easily.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Go to your Order History and click Cancel Order on pending orders. To modify, contact support@jehorizon.com immediately with your order number.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email.
Check your spam or junk folder first. Make sure you entered the correct email during checkout. You can also log into your account to verify the order appears in your history. If you still can't find it, contact support@jehorizon.com.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped, we may be able to update it. Contact support@jehorizon.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum. You can order any amount. Orders under $25 have a $4.99 shipping fee; orders over $25 get free shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Standard tracked shipping is $4.99 for orders under $25. Orders over $25 get FREE shipping. All orders include tracking. US addresses only.
How long does shipping take?
Most US orders arrive within 5–12 business days after processing. Orders process in 1–3 business days. Total delivery time is typically 6–15 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to United States addresses only. International and Canadian shipping is not available at this time.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO?
Yes. We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as PO Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Delivery times to these locations may be slightly longer.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check tracking in your account at jehorizon.com/account/orders. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, contact support@jehorizon.com.
My tracking hasn't updated in days.
Tracking can sometimes be delayed during carrier handoffs. If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, contact support@jehorizon.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Tracking shows delivered but I didn't receive my package.
Check around your delivery area — porches, mailboxes, with neighbors. Wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark delivered early. If still missing, contact support@jehorizon.com and we'll file a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund, replacement, or store credit. Items must be unused with original packaging. Sale and clearance items are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Go to jehorizon.com/account/orders, find your order, and click Request Return. Select items and provide a reason. You'll receive an RMA number within 24 hours. Or email support@jehorizon.com with your order number.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval to your original payment method. It may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Who pays for return shipping?
For defective, damaged, or wrong items — we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns (wrong size, color preference) — the customer pays return shipping.
I received a damaged or defective item.
Contact support@jehorizon.com immediately with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We'll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at no extra cost to you.
I received the wrong item.
Email support@jehorizon.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct item or issue a refund. You won't need to pay return shipping.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't do direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund, then place a new order. We can also offer store credit as an alternative.
Can I return a sale or clearance item?
No. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. However, if a sale item arrives defective or damaged, contact us for a resolution.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe, and PayPal. Apple Pay and Google Pay may be available through Stripe depending on your device.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are encrypted with SSL/TLS. Credit card payments go through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest security standard). We never store your full card number on our servers.
My payment was declined. What should I do?
Verify your card details, check that your billing address matches, ensure sufficient funds, try a different card or PayPal, or contact your bank — they may have flagged the transaction.
I was double-charged for my order.
Double charges are usually temporary authorization holds. Check your bank statement after 3–5 business days — the duplicate should drop off. If it persists, contact support@jehorizon.com.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state and local laws. The exact amount is shown during checkout before you pay.
Account & Profile
How do I create an account?
Go to jehorizon.com/register. Enter your name, email, and create a password. You can also sign up with Google for faster access. It's free.
I forgot my password.
Go to jehorizon.com/forgot-password, enter your email, and check for a reset link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact support@jehorizon.com.
How do I update my account or address?
Log in and go to jehorizon.com/account/profile to update your name, email, or password. For addresses, go to jehorizon.com/account/addresses to add, edit, or delete saved addresses.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@jehorizon.com with your deletion request. We'll remove your personal data per our privacy policy. Some data (order records) may be retained as required by law.
Can I save items to buy later?
Yes. Click the heart icon on any product to add it to your wishlist. View saved items anytime at jehorizon.com/wishlist.
Products & Quality
How do you choose your products?
We scan thousands of products and vet them for quality, usefulness, and supplier reliability. No junk makes the cut. Every product is reviewed for practical use and value before listing.
Are product images and descriptions accurate?
We strive for accuracy. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Some descriptions are AI-generated and reviewed. If a product doesn't match its listing, our 30-day return policy covers you.
Do products come with a warranty?
Most everyday products don't carry a formal manufacturer warranty. Our 30-day return policy covers defects, damage, and items that don't match their description.
How do I know what size to order?
Check the product description for dimensions and sizing information. If variants are available, details are on the product page. Contact us if you need more info.
How do I leave a product review?
After delivery, you may receive a review invitation email. You can also visit the product page, scroll to Reviews, and click Write a Review.
Coupons & Discounts
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes! Sign up for our newsletter for exclusive coupon codes. New subscribers get a free shipping coupon. We also run seasonal promotions and affiliate discount codes.
How do I use a coupon code?
At checkout, enter your code in the Discount Code field and click Apply. The discount will appear in your order total before payment.
My coupon code isn't working.
Check that it hasn't expired, meets any minimum order requirement, applies to the items in your cart (may exclude sale items), and has no extra spaces. Still failing? Email support@jehorizon.com with the code.
Can I use multiple coupons on one order?
Only one coupon code per order. Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
Affiliate Program
What is the affiliate program?
Our affiliate program lets you earn commission by referring customers to JE Horizon. You get a unique referral link, custom discount codes, AI-powered marketing tools, and a real-time dashboard to track earnings.
How do I become an affiliate?
Sign up at jehorizon.com/affiliate/register. Fill out the application and we'll review it within 2–3 business days.
What commission do affiliates earn?
Affiliates earn up to 20% commission on every sale made through their referral link. Rates may vary by product category and affiliate tier.
What tools do affiliates get?
Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link, custom discount codes, AI-generated marketing content for social media, and a real-time performance dashboard.
Privacy & Security
Is it safe to shop on JE Horizon?
Yes. We use SSL/TLS encryption on all pages. Payments go through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1) and PayPal. Our infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services with industry-standard security.
Do you sell my personal information?
No. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
What data do you collect?
Name, email, shipping address, order history, and browsing behavior via cookies. Payment details are handled by Stripe and PayPal — we never see your full card number.
How do I request my data or delete my account?
Email support@jehorizon.com to request a copy of your personal data, corrections, or deletion. We process data requests promptly.
Do you use AI on your website?
Yes — for product descriptions, customer service, recommendations, newsletter content, and marketing. All AI content is reviewed for accuracy. See jehorizon.com/ai-content for details.
