We provide a 30-day customer support window from delivery. Return, refund, and cancellation outcomes may depend on supplier program rules for the purchased item.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached;
• Items must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear;
• Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return;
• Some items may have shorter supplier-controlled return windows (for example, free-return windows on select AliExpress products);
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method;
• Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after return approval or receipt, depending on supplier flow;
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error;

YOU AND JE HORIZON AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
